Ordnerdeckel und erste Seiten fleckig, letzte Seiten mit kleiner Fehlstelle unten, innen gut. Insgesamt gut erhaltene Ausgaben mit frisch wirkenden farbig illustrierten Deckblätter. Der Sammelordner enthält die Ausgaben 1, 2, 11, 12 des Jahrgangs 1937, die Ausgaben 1-12 des Jahrgangs 1938 (komplett), die Ausgaben 1-12 des Jahrgangs 1939 (komplett), die Ausgaben 01/02-11/12 des Jahrgangs 1940 (komplett, in 6 Ausgaben) sowie die Ausgaben 01/02-03/04 des Jahrgangs 1941 (in 2 Ausgaben). Ab 1940 wurden wegen des Zweiten Weltkriegs nur noch Zweimonats-Ausgaben veröffentlicht. Der zeitgenössische Ordner zeigt auf dem Deckel eine Frau sitzend beim Äpfelschälen in der Küche, im Hintergrund an der Wand hängt der "Zeitgemäße Haushalt". Die Deckblätter der einzelnen Hefte sind sehr aufwändig illustriert, oft mit Signatur des Künstlers (Ludowig, Braasch, Looschen und andere). Im Inneren der Einzelhefte (jeweils 4 S.) sind zahlreiche Rezepte wiedergegeben, oft mit regionalen teils auch mit kolonialen Bezügen. Vereinzelt sind auch Werbungen enthalten, wie jene für das nationalsozialistische Winterhilfswerk (NS-WHW). Die Ausgaben befinden sich noch geheftet im originalen Ordner, dieser noch mit der zeitgenössischen Kordel zum Aufhängen der Rezeptblätter. Die Arbeit enthält einen einführenden Textteil von 15 Seiten und infolge die Auswertung für einzelne Straßenzüge und Wohnblöcke im benannten Stadtgebiet in Hinsicht auf mögliche Altlasten. Sie stammt aus dem Nachlaß des Geographen und wird hier als Teil dieses auf die Berliner Stadtgeographie fokussierten Archivs angeboten.
