A very good copy in full 19th-century dark red straight-grained morocco spine tooled in gilt covers feature a bold half-inch wide border of repeating gilt floral devices surrounded by twin gilt fillets elaborate gilt inner dentelles all edges gilt marbled endpapers expertly rebacked in matching leather preserving most of original spine; some dampstain to upper margins not affecting plates. Illustrated with 24 superb aquatint plates and folding color map all present. Published by R. Ackermann unknown
