Altersentsprechend guter Zustand. Original-Postkarte des Felix P. Abrahamson Verlags in Amsterdam. Die Karte zeigt eine Abbildung (schwarz-weiß, auf Karton) des Homer-Gemäldes von Rembrandt bzw. eine seiner Homer-Zeichnungen. Rückseitig wurde die Karte beschrieben und im Jahr 1917 nach Berlin verschickt. Sie enthält zwei niederländische Marken und wurde gestempelt. Die Karte wurde in deutscher Sprache beschrieben und an den Maler Ernst Fritsch (1892-1965) in Berlin-Wilmersdorf übersandt. Im Text geht es um Rembrandt und Kunst in den Niederlanden, der Absendername scheint "Bethge" zu lauten. Besondere Homer-Postkarte aus dem Ersten Weltkrieg!

Fredrika Bremer (1801-1865), Swedish writer and feminist, was from Finland. Her novels of everyday life include: The H Family (1829), The President's Daughters (1834), and The Home (1839), offered herein the first Dutch edition. She recorded her impressions of travel in America (1849-51) in Homes in the New World (1853). Her later novels advocate the emancipation of woman.
