1930002537
Civic Club of Wolcott New York 1930. Soft cover. Very Good. Buff colored paper covers with title printed within typographic border to front cover stapled binding 17 pp. No title page as issued. Each page has two perforations between the recipes so that the owner can remove recipes for their card file. Contributor's names with recipes. Wear to front cover pages clean and all recipes intact. Good to very good condition. The perforated pages are a brilliant idea. The sharing of recipes is part of what makes cookbooks fun and I hope that some copies of this cookbook were torn apart and sent to far-off friends and relatives. I have been unable to find information on any older cookbooks with perforated recipes. However perforation was not a new invention it had been around for about 50 years and it seems possible that other cookbooks had some or all pages ready to be removed.
Civic Club of Wolcott, New York paperback
