Rockefeller Jr. funded the project which was completed in 1926-1928. Offered here is an uncommon period press photograph of the project dating from the period of the project’s completion in the late 1920s. The verso reads “ Dunbar Apts / New Rockefeller Apts / 149th 7th Ave.†A wooden cart and some original signage is visible on the surrounding streets. unknown
