This is a notice regarding the insolvency of John McAnerney and Henry St. George Offutt the firm of John McAnerney & Co. and its assignment to Bentley D. Hassell for the benefit of the creditors of which the Crosby business was one. Witnessed by P. Clark & the Crosby Co. treasurer with their company's blindstamp seal. Old paper tape residue at sides; a little edge-wear; in very good condition overall; interesting 19th century business and banking history ephemera.
