His blunt discussion about sexuality abortion and illegitimate pregnancies led to a recommendation in the 1930s for libraries such as those in Wisconsin to not offer the book for general circulation. There are 117 signatures each with the delegate's city of residence. First signature is of Charles W. Croswell president of the convention. Croswell was elected governor of Michigan in 1877. John A.
