1879106332<p>8vo pamphlet original printed blue green paper wrappers illustrated 34 2 pp. Wrappers slightly worn with a couple of corner folds and chips a few chips and corner page folds early owner's name in pencil on front wrapper small chip to top of back cover normal aging; otherwise very good. This little pamphlet was "Prepared by the Letter Carriers at the Post Office at Oakland Cal." Lists the names of the Postmaster and other officers of the Oakland Alameda County office. Includes information on rates delivery foreign letters and rules and regulations. The pamphlet includes several pages of advertisements from local merchants a number of witch are illustrated.
