This books was written with the law enforcement officer in mind as a tool for surviving gun fights but it is also a fascinating narrative of what it was like to be a Border Patrol agent in the 1960s. Though somewhat dated being written in the age when the .357 magnum revolver was the high tech hand weapon the advice and instruction on how to approach the use of a firearm in actual combat is invaluable.
