During this time Mulliken was travelling to Europe and worked with many scientists on quantum mechanics who later were awarded Nobel prizes. He also taught physics at New York University. A second signature is of Ann Hepburn dated 1928 wife of Norman Hilberry who ran Argonne National Laboratory.
