Ranging from the grotesque to the bizarre the 49 short stories that comprise this collection were put before children who drew the pictures that illustrate this work. Several of the stories were also revised based on their criticism. Jordan 1851-1931 was the founding president of Stanford University. Frontispiece by Bristow Adams. Octavo.
