Ci volgeremo poi alla vicina Repubblica Dominicana, dove si trovano 200mila apolidi a causa della diaspora. Haiti è ancora in difficoltà, anche a causa di una comunità internazionale più interessata a perseguire i propri obiettivi strategici che a lottare contro la povertà.
