Quelle journée de travail maximum ? Quelles dérogations pour le travail du dimanche et des jours fériés ? – Qui doit surveiller que la loi est appliquée ? Quelles pénalités dans le cas contraire ? Et en cas de récidive ? – Doit-on sanctionner seulement les industriels ou aussi les parents ? – Comment lier cette loi à l’instruction publique et aux bonnes mœurs ? (Cf.
