The whole number of ballots given in was fifteen--15 crossed out Eleven--11." All eleven votes went to Darius Daggett. On page three is printed the section of the Maine statutes relating to election results. Docketed in the verso. Original folds; small hole from removal of wax seal no text loss. 9.5" x 8" Signed by Daniel Beane and Jonathan Quinby Assessors of Bancroft Plantation and by A.C. Shores Plantation Clerk. This election took place only six years after Aroostook County was set up and five years after Bancroft Plantation was organized. unknown
