In Aufsicht und detailreich eingezeichnet die wichtigsten Bauten und übrigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Von den Strassen sind ordnend lediglich die wichtigsten eingezeichnet und auch dies nur rudimentär. Sehr attraktiv. Hardcover Kanten und Ecken der Mappe minim bestossen. Vorderdeckel innen mit Klebespur. Der Plan etwas angestaubt und in den Fälzen etwas gebräunt und minim fleckig.
