Litografia riquadrata (mm 600x450), in ottimo stato di conservazione. In alto, centrale, il titolo: "Piano regolatore delle Fabbriche nella regione di Vanchiglia, approvato da S. M. con R. L. P. 12.7mbre 1846". In basso, centrale, le informazioni tipografiche. All'interno della riquadratura, in basso a destra, indicazioni dell'approvazione ad opera del Consiglio degli edili, il cui vicario era Benso di Cavour prima della sua nomina a Presidente del Consiglio. Interessantissima testimonianza della progettazione del quartiere di Vanchiglia, ad opera di un consorzio di costruttori con a capo Antonelli. Degno di nota il Cimitero Israelitico, che sorgeva nell'isolato compreso tra C.so San Maurizio, Via Napione, Via Artisti e Via Bava. Rilevante l'indicazione della Chiesa dedicata a San Luca: il Comune di Torino non finanziò il progetto dell'edificio sacro, per mancanza di soldi e speculazioni; la Marchesa Giulia Falletti di Barolo decise di accollarsene le spese a condizione che la chiesa venisse intitolata a Santa Giulia. Nella progettazione dei palazzi viene indicato il nome delle famiglie cui sarebbero appartenuti: Bolmida, Colla, Giacomasso, Perino, Conte, Massa, Balesio, Scarampi di Prunej. Interessante notare la toponomastica: troviamo Via del Progresso, Via della Speranza e Via dell'Attività , Indice del progetto di riqualificazione del Borgo.. .
