Beige cloth over boards white stylized woman’s head with hair spelling 'Kaliflower' on front cover the hair wrapping around spine onto back cover; gray laid paper end papers. Bright generally clean covers and spine have few small spots; firm square corners; tightly bound; crisp clean interior. Brilliant colorful images and print on every page. Starting in April of 1969 Sutter Street Commune in S.F. following Digger philosophy began issuing a free intercommunal newspaper to area communes to ‘pass the dharma’ i.e. share information with other like-minded communards. For the next 3 years Kaliflower was distributed on a weekly basis eventually to nearly 300 communes. This volume is drawn from some of those issues but also has some commentary about the making and growth of Kaliflower. As with everything this group produced nothing is signed or attributed. One of the Sutter Street Commune founders was an experienced printer and the press work was high quality. This is a nicely bound fine quality volume. L'analisi si svolge nel contesto di trasformazione dello Stato contemporaneo e di evoluzione del ruolo dei Parlamenti, investiti da delicati problemi di adeguamento rispetto ai nuovi e maggiori compiti derivanti sul piano interno dai processi di disarticolazione territoriale e su quello sovranazionale dal processo di integrazione europea, interrottosi per il Regno Unito a seguito della Brexit. Attraverso l'analisi delle esperienze degli apparati burocratici del Congresso statunitense, del Parlamento canadese e del Parlamento australiano il volume si propone di offrire un contributo integrativo allo studio della burocrazia parlamentare nella prospettiva comparata, svolgendo dei rilievi e traendo alcune conclusioni preliminari circa lo stato dell'istituzionalizzazione della burocrazia parlamentare britannica rispetto a quella di altri ordinamenti appartenenti alla famiglia giuridica di common law.
