Di eccezionale rilevanza il saggio del geologo DE PRETTO, che occupa 10 pagine (da p. 27 a p. 36): rielaborato da lui (subito prima di morire assassinato) sulla base di una sua memoria del 1905 (presentata dal grande Giovanni Schiaparelli). Secondo Umberto Bartocci, un'equivalenza tra massa ed energia sarebbe stata pubblicata dal De Pretto un anno prima di EINSTEIN. Bartocci ritiene probabile che il lavoro di De Pretto sull'argomento fosse noto a Michele Besso, amico e corrispondente di Einstein. Ipotesi tutta da verificare da specialisti, ma ghiotta per complottisti. Il fasciolo in-8° (cm. 22,9), brossura provvisoria con difetti in cop. ma ottimo interno, contiene inoltre 11 pagine di notevolissimo notiziario, da cui segnaliamo: 1) l'eruzione del KLOET di Giava, con perturbazioni del clima per mesi anche in Europa. 2) l'enorme FRANA di placche rocciose nel canalone di Pétéret, MONTE BIANCO sul ghiacciaio della BRENVA il 19 nov. 1920, con gravi variazioni in Val Venì. La rivista, di cui era anima Federico Sacco, risulta ignota a SBN.
