Orig.-Broschur. *Recht seltene psychiatrisch-forensische Abhandlung über Gustav Graf Chorinsky (geb 1832), welcher 1868 gemeinsam mit seiner Geliebten Julie Malvine Gabriele Ebergenyi von Telekes (1842-1872) seine Ehefrau vergiftete. Es kam zu einem aufsehenerregenden Prozeß, in welchem er 1868 in München wegen „Meuchelmordes“ zu 20 Jahren Freiheitsstrafe und anschließendem lebenslangem Landesverweis verurteilt wurde, obgleich es mehrere Gutachten bezüglich einer Geisteskrankheit Chorinskys gab. Das Gericht sah es als erwiesen an, dass er gemeinsam mit seiner Geliebten, der ungarischen Stiftstochter Julie Malvine Gabriele Ebergenyi von Telekes den Mord an seiner geschiedenen Gattin Matthilde Gräfin Chorinsky, geb. Ruef geplant hatte. Die Tat wurde von Ebergenyi im Oktober 1867 tatsächlich ausgeführt. Chorinsky verfiel noch im gleichen Jahr (1868) in eine Geisteskrankheit und wurde in der Kreisirrenanstalt Erlangen interniert und behandelt. Die vorliegende psychologische Studie enthält insbesondere eine genaue Protokollierung des Verhalten und der Entwicklung des Krankheitsverlaufes von 1868 bis zu seinem Tod 1871 sowie den Sezierungsbericht. Ferner geht der Verfasser (Direktor der Kreisirrenanstalt zu Erlangen) auf die Umstände des Giftmordes und auf die Familiengeschichte ein. Der Verfasser Hagen war auch bei der Begutachtung der Geisteskrankheit König Ludwigs II. beteiligt. - Bücher de
