Sometimes illustrated they reprinted novels after the films were released.This genre of photoplay editions reached their height in the 1920s and 30s.'The Singing Fool' by Hubert Dail a tie-in with the 1928 musical drama part-talkie. Dustwrappers are edge worn with chips and closed tears heavier to 'Liberty' and 'The Glad Eye'. Some light marks and discolouration to the wraps including to the reverse. Light spots to the wraps.
