E se lo scorrere del tempo viene punteggiato anche da tragedie e morti, evidenziati con una breve indicazione biografica, una sezione finale riassume, dal 1° gennaio al 31 dicembre, le date di nascita e i compleanni degli artisti più rappresentativi dell'ultimo secolo. Ogni anno, inoltre, viene introdotto da una nota che aiuta a contestualizzare il periodo e gli avvenimenti extramusicali.
