8vo., First Edition, moderate cuttings residue on front free endpaper, half-title and rear paste-down, top and fore-edges mildly mottled; original beige cloth, backstrip lettered in red, a good, firm, internally clean copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter complete but browned at fold-ins, repaired at inner surfaces, with one medium closed tear, lightly spotted on rear panel, slightly sunned at backstrip but bright and vivid on front panel. Fifth novel in the sequence 'A Chronicle of Ancient Sunlight', with striking dustwrapper artwork by Broom Lynne. A good working copy of the scarcest novel of the Chronicle.
