Reliure fragile, exemplaire pas loin d'être dérelié, des feuillets détachés ou presque détachés. Papier un peu jauni, gondolé voire fripé, contours un peu brunis, des salissures, taches dont d'encre, rousseurs et mouillures, marques d'encre, pliures, accrocs, déchirures et manques de papier à plusieurs pages sans atteinte au texte, galeries de vers avec parfois perte partielle de plusieurs lettres aisément recomposables, des feuillets déboîtés, gribouillages à l'encre sur la dernière page de la seconde partie. Tranches rouge/bordeaux aux couleurs partiellement effacées, tachées, salies, frottées, mouillures.
