Bound in original color pictorial paper covered boards rebacked in brown morocco lettered and ruled in gilt wear to corners and edges previous owner's name. The author signed it and the illustrator drew a horse on the inside and also signed the book. There is also a handwritten note included that tells about the book being signed. It is in overall good condition with some light wear consistent with age and a libris sticker inside. The dustjacket is hanging on for dear life.
