Mimetes the pagoda is a genus of evergreen shrubs or small trees 0.56 meters 1.619.7 feet high with thirteen species assigned to the family Proteaceae. This genus as with other proteas is popular with nectivorous birds such as the Cape sugarbird and several sunbird species. All species of Mimetes are endemic to the Cape Region of South Africa from Wiki. Orothamnus or marsh rose is a monotypic fynbos genus in the family Proteaceae occurring in the Kogelberg and Kleinrivier Mountains of Hottentots-Holland in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. It is an erect sparsely branched shrub to 5 meter tall and was first depicted by Jean Villet a Capetonian artist and dealer in natural history specimens from Wiki. No ownership marks.
