Presumably she was related to the publishers of the present novel Lindsay Publishing Co. and to the Lindsay's Psychology Literature series an advertisement for which is included in the novel's end-matter. The plot follows two friends both doctors whose families intermarry in 1909. The author seems to be the wife of Dr. A. A. Lindsay a physician operating out the the Savoy Hotel in Seattle who published many tracts on health.<br/> <br/> 150 pages; frontispiece portrait of the author and one page of ads for other Lindsay Publishing books.
