Original copy of an unpublished thesis and signed by the author and dedicated to John Huxley, and with the latter's stamp on the title page. As most North American theses, not officially published, but probably distributed in numbers and modes that fulfil the requirements of the ICZN code. The work does contain new taxa, e.g. the genus Urogryllus which is supposed to have become available "officially" in 1964.
