About The Author:- Dr. Reena Agarwal is Reader in the Education Department of Lucknow University with a teaching experience of over eighteen years. She did her masters degree in Psychology from Lucknow University and that in Education also from Lucknow University. Her Ph.D. work was on the cognitive development of primary school children based on the theory of Jean Piaget for which she was awarded with J.R.F. and S.R.F. She has to her credit one book and a number of research papers and articles published in journals of National and International repute. She has presented papers in many National and International level seminars and received ‘Best Paper Award’ for her paper in an International Seminar. She has undertaken various project works and successfully completed them and also guided a good number of students for their doctoral degree. She has also contributed in preparing study material for degree courses of an Open University. To constantly keep in touch with the changing curricula and methodology she actively takes part in delivering lectures in various institutions, and attend workshops and refresher courses. At the same time she is a lifelong member of various academic bodies. Dr. Nandita Nagar Having a consistent good academic career, Nandita Nagar was a rank holder for her masters degree in Botany and also for that in Education, both of which she completed from Lucknow University.
