This monograph was prepared to accompany the exhibition 'Lidia Zavadsky: Her Imprint on the Art of Clay', at the Zaritsky Artists House in Tel Aviv in September 2011. This may be the most comprehensive publication on the ceramic sculpture of Lidia Zavadsky (1937- 2001) an emigrant from Poland who decided to study ceramics at the Bezalel Art School in 1961. She eventually became a teacher there and finally the head of the department. Illustrated with over 100 color plates of photographs of works from throughout her career, also vintage black & white photographs of the artist in class, in her studio, etc. 11" high X 10" wide, 227 pages.
