This copy includes pages 11 through 160 so is missing the first few pages plus title page, etc. It appears that a page or more are missing from the end as well. Very heavily worn and soiled. Despite these glaring defects, this very old reader remains an absolute treat to hold as you imagine the many generations which have benefitted from it for over a century and a half. Possibly a first edition but we are describing this copy as a reprint until we can prove otherwise. Book
