There is an ink stamp on the front cover that reads: "Proof Copy Complimentary" signed below: RE Mowan. "Limited Edition" is so stated on the copyright page. Illustrated throughout with line drawings and photographs. Bibliography. Index. From the Introductory Letter by James E. Note: We have seen a listing for the "Limited Edition" of this title described as being bound in "pictorial wraps."
