Cofanetto di custodia. Commentario, in tedesco, a cura di Peter Klein. Edizione limitata di 1.000 copie numerate per i paesi non francofoni. Condizione ottima.
In-4 (cm. 31.80), cartonato editoriale, sovracoperta editoriale illustrata, pp. 237, (3), con numerose illustrazioni in bianco e nero e a colori nel testo. Minime tracce d’uso alle cuffie della sovracoperta; peraltro, volume in ottimo stato (nice copy).

All but five of the fine photographic plates are by Moholy-Nagy; the illustrations and cartoons are by Bradley and Lancaster; most of the engravings are taken from Ingram's 'Memorials of Oxford' (1837). 4to, 51,[1]pp. 3 Vols., bound in one, some light foxing and browning, cont. half calf, rubbed, hinges cracked, spine defective. Political pamphlets, providing a table of each Oxford college, its members, and their votes for the prospective candidates to be the University's MP. For the first item there are four candidates - Roger Newdigate, George Hay, Francis Page, and Charles Jenkinson - are arranged in columns down one side of the page, whilst each college member (classified as scholar, fellow, student, chaplain, and so on) is listed on the left. Curiously, it appears that each member gets two votes, though some only use one. Each college is tallied, and the final result is at the end (Sir Roger Newdigate appears to have been elected).
Sm. 4to., with numerous illustrations from half-tones (some full-page) and a map in the text, and a folding map at end; original printed wrappers, joints rubbed and upper cover a little browned else an unusually clean, sound copy of a work hard to find in this state. For many years the standard visitor's guide and packed with fascinating views and advertisements.

With the Notice dated August 1913 printed on red stock and mounted facing front free endpaper. With very numerous trade advertisements at front and rear.
