Both volumes in this two volume set are in very good to very good condition in dark blue cloth covered boards with bright gilt text stamping on the spines. The cloth of both volumes is lightly worn and rubbed at the heads and heels of the spines. The spines have developed a concave shape. The bindings are tight and hinges and joints strong. Both volumes are contained in a very good- slipcase complete with the two acetate removal assists the tray at the top of the slipcase which contains the magnifying lens needed to view the text of the two volumes. The paper covering of the slip case is worn through at the corners of the openings. As the set weighs approximately 22 pounds extra postage costs must be applied to the cost of shipment.
