Vintage Montreal Royals program for a 1960 game against the visiting Miami Marlins. Text in English and French. Nice photo ad inside front cover features Joe Altobelli of the Royals being fitted for a suit at Tony the Tailor Ltd. in Montreal. Altobelli went on to play in the majors and managed Baltimore to a World Series championship in 1983. Many other nice vintage ads. Article about league president Frank Shaughnessy and league secretary Harry Simmons and their concern that the Continental league will decimate the old International. Konstruktivistisch inspiriertes Nagel- (oder auch Hammer-)spiel aus Slowenien. Die mit kräftigen Farben gedruckten Vorlagenblätter zeigen aus geometrischen Elementen reduziert zusammengesetzte Buchstaben, Tiere, Haushalts- und Transportgeräte, Fahrzeuge, aber auch Flugzeuge und Panzer, was neben der modernistischen Gestaltung auf eine Herstellung des Spiels in 1920er-Jahren schließen läßt. - Seitenwand des Deckels mit einer kleinen Fehlstelle, Schachtel ingesamt stellenweise etwas eingerissen und berieben, insgesamt gut erhaltenes und vor allem bis auf zwei längliche braune Stäbe vollständiges Set.
