Roe Deer Fallow Deer and Irish Red Deer. Large format. Gives hunter and various measurements for each head pictured all presumably top records at the time. Measurements were taken by Rowland Ward. This is copy # 361 of only 600 numbered copies. An unusually clean fine copy in orig. white gilt cloth. This copy from the library of noted naturalist Sir Edmund Loder his engraved bookplate inside front cover. Loder was also on the executive committee of men who selected the trophies and organized the book so this is a particularly nice association copy.
