In 2° (28×20 cm); (12), 414, (2) pp. Bella ed elegante legatura coeva in mezza pelle con titolo e filettatura in oro al dorso. Piatti foderati con carta marmorizzata coeva blu. Ottimo stato di conservazione. Uno dei rari esemplari numerati e dedicati “N°244 Sig. Zucchini C. Enrico”. Dedicatoria al Conte Carlo Pepoli Senatore del Regno. Esemplare stampato su carta di ottima qualità. Testo su due colonne. Celebre edizione in dialetto bolognese dell’Orlando Furioso del noto letterato e poeta dialettale bolognese Eraclito Manfredi, fratello del grande astronomo Eustachio. Eraclito, noto medico, fu dal 1731 lettore onorario di matematica nell’Università di Bologna e dal 1739 vi lesse anche lezionin di idrometria. Ebbe interessi soprattutto naturalistico-chimici (tre lavori in De Bononiensi scientiarum et artium Instituto atque Academia Commentarii) e letterari sfociati proprio in questa celebre traduzione in bolognese Ariosto che venne pubblicata postuma nel 1865. Prima edizione in ottime condizioni di conservazione e in esemplare numerato con appartenenza a personaggio di nota famiglia nobile bolognese.

Qualche fioritura sparsa, peraltro ben conservato. Elegante pubblicazione che riproduce in fac-simile il manoscritto ferrarese delle satire. Si tratta di una delle prime operazioni tipografiche del genere eseguite in Italia. Cfr. Agnelli-Ravegnani II, 28.
Due volumi di cm. 10, pp. xv (1) 599 (1); 645 (3). Legatura coeva in piena pelle, con ritoli edecorazioni a dorsi e piatti (verosimilmente attribuibile a Pio Colombo). Ben conservato.
