Near fine. 16mo 260pp. A crisp clean near fine copy in contemporary or slightly later 3/4 polished light brown calf over marbled boards. Contemporary bookplate on the front paste-down. Corners gently rounded and the leather somewhat dried but the black morocco spine label and gilt remain bright. Fresh and clean internally. Surprisingly scarce volume filled with lyrics by the English composer and songwriter. Dibdin's brother was similarly talented as was his son and his first cousin was Thomas Frognall Dibdin the noted English bibliographer and book collector.
