In 1967 Sendak illustrated a Christmas keepsake for his British publishers The Bodley Head containing a selection from William Blake s Songs of Innocence limited to 275 copies. This group of drawings comprises the only remaining manuscript for a published Sendak title still in private hands which was exhibited at the Society of Illustrators 128 East 63rd St. New York City from 23 October to 3 November 2018.</p><p>Limited edition one thousand copies printed.
