Very rare first printing copy of this, one of the earliest titles from Alison Uttley's much loved Little Grey Rabbit Series. Only the bottom inch of backstrip remains. Single piece of beige tape connects boards at top of spine. Average wear and soiling externally otherwise. Front endpaper and several pages bear child's markings in red pencil. We have attempted to erase several of these markings with decent success. We are happy to provide digital images upon request. Contemporary gift greetings atop first blank leaf. Erased lead pencil scribbling to page 98 is lightly visible. Overall, a worthy copy. Book
