Publisher's blue cloth with gilt lettering floral-patterned endpapers. Rubbing to extremeities one scuff mark on front board but still an attractive copy. The author recounts her experiences on an extended Raymong and Whitcomb tour which took her across the country from Boston to California and back again. Includes chapters on Pasadena Los Angeles Santa Barbara Riverside San Diego Sonoma County and Santa Cruz and two chapters on Yosemite. She visited Salt Lake City on the return trip. Flake 2398 describes the relevant section of her book thus: "A visit to Utah after 'polygamy was dead.' She attends a meeting at the Mormon tabernacle." Clark was also a healer and lecturer on spiritual topics. Lee and Shepard hardcover books
