Copied from the etchings "Mrs. Bardeau Faints in Mr. Pickwick's Arms" a new etching for the second edition of the Pickwick Papers; "My Magnificent Order at the Public House" from The Personal History of David Copperfield; and "The Eyes of Mrs. Chick Are Opened to Lucretia Tox" from Dombey and Son; all originally created by Phiz for Charles Dickens. Each is signed "C.C.G." with the date in 1904. Images a bit tanned light scattered foxing edges chipped the second image has large loss at lower left corner of board and third has loss at upper left corner neither affecting the images all have glue residue along top of boards that does not affect the images some minor soiling to all very good. unknown
