This treatise was published in 1895 by both The Zeitschrift der Deutschen Morgenländischen Gesellschaft (ZDMG) (Journal of the German Oriental Society) and by F. A. The author - Wilhelm Bacher (1850-1913) was an influential Jewish Hungarian scholar, rabbi, Orientalist and linguist.
