This is a fine softcover two volume set with no wear at all. Completely clean. The first volume has all the illustrations with the text in German. The second volume, has no illustrations, and all the text of the first volume in French translations. Essays by Michel Ragon, Hans Gunter Golinski, Sepp Hiekisch-Picard, Laurent Danchin, and Lena Vandrey. These catalogs were prepared to accompany the exhibition at the Museum Bochum from November 25, 2000 to February 11, 2001. Alain & Caroline Bourbonnais started to collect Art Brut works around 1970. Jean Dubuffet suggested to Alain Bourbonnais that he reserve the term 'Art Brut' for Dubuffet's works and call the rest of his collection La Fabuloserie'. 60 color + 21 black & white illustrations. 9" square, 140 & 47 pages.
