Dark horizontal scuff across the center of the front cover but the interior is clean crisp and bright. The pop-up elements have not even been folded down yet. Text in English and Italian. The artist Hugo de Kempeneer had been publishing cartoons under the name of "hugoKé" since 1957. His contribution to the 1980 Venice Biennial as a shareholder of the Belgian arms manufacturing company was a shooting gallery such as is normally to be seen at fairs. According to the directions on the back of this folder this mini version of his installation would have you "place the folder opened on the corner of your table at home.
