These volumes contain his most popular works including 'Astraea Redux' 'Annus Mirabilis' 'The Art of Poetry' 'The Hind and the Panther' and a selection of his other poetry.Dryden was the first Poet Laureate when the position was created in 1688 under King Charles II.
