Rubbing and short splits at the joints corners and spine ends moderately rubbed five hinges starting shallow damage at the top of the spine of Volume VI. Overall not an unattractive set. The cover is in fair condition with slight scuffing to the corners and the top and bottom of the backstrip and some additional signs of wear on the remainder of the cover. The binding is split at the front of the pageblock but remains firm throughout the remainder. The pageblock is uncut and the leaves are slightly browned with age towards the edges. The text is in good condition with no annotations foxing or other significant markings.This book has hardback covers.
