Les enfants semblent trop jeunes pour être à l'école. Une belle image à l'albumine. Légèrement décolorée, mais dans l'ensemble en bon état. H265mm x 210mm. Sur carte verte 430 x 350 mm. Un peu assombri et bosselé mais toujours en bon état.

18803726Gibraltar NA 1880 Jolie photographie de deux hommes posant pour une photo à la base du rocher de Gibraltar (à un point au sud-est, appelé Europa Advance Road), par un photographe inconnu. Vers 1880-1890. Collée sur une carte de montage rigide de couleur grise, avec le titre écrit en calligraphie. La photographie est en bon état, avec seulement de petites imperfections. La carte de montage est en bon état de propreté. Datant de cette période, il est difficile de faire la distinction entre un tirage à l'albumine et une photographie montée sur carte à la gélatine argentique. Nous penchons pour cette dernière. Les dimensions de la photographie sont de 210 mm x 155 mm. Le format du montage est de 33 mm x 245 mm.

Une estampe narrative vivante et décorative, manifestement destinée à un public jeune ou scolaire, dont l'action est disposée sous la forme d'une charmante bande dessinée autour d'une scène centrale représentant l'île. Pas de mention d'éditeur ni de texte au verso. Pas de date, mais le style et la coloration à la main suggèrent la fin du XIXe siècle. Verso vierge. Traces de pliage provenant peut-être d'un livre. Réparations soignées visibles au verso mais pas au recto. 27 x 43 cm.
