Aberystwyth is much resorted to for the purpose of bathing. The most important seat in the county is Hafod a few miles from which is a memorable bridge over falls on the river Mynach. ". Hardcovers bound in quarter leather and marbled paper-covered boards. The bindings are quite worn scuffed and bumped but the bindings are sound. An ex-library set with full markings. Removed shelf labels from the spines and paper label on the front covers. Ink stamps on the title pages one from Austria and one in Russian. The title labels on the spines are worn with two showing heavy chipping and pest damage. In Volume IV there are burn marks at the tops of pages 229-239 with some loss of text heavy loss on the last fe3w pages. The text blocks are quite sound. A scarce early work on Napoleon.
