The Reivers is the last novel by Faulkner and was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1963. Faulkner previously won it for A Fable making him one of only three authors to be awarded it more than once. A very rare albeit brief Faulkner "A" item. <p>The "beer broadside" printed in Oxford Mississippi shortly before the letter on legalization of beer sales appeared in the Oxford Eagle on September 14 1950. When the Eagle refused to print Faulkner's rebuttal he had these broadsides printed up in an unknown limitation. This copy originally acquired in Oxford at the time of distribution by a University of Mississippi professor. [No Publisher] unknown
