The book is accompanied by a loose copy of a print used at the end of the volume. It is a dazzling illustration of Gatsby walking down a staircase to join a dance floor filled with dancers. The image is decorated with a sparkling array of stars. The interior is printed on creamy acid-free heavy-weight 140gsm uncoated paper. The text is set in Ten Oldstyle Art Deco and Baskerville types. The book is housed in an elaborately embossed and debossed gold die-cut slipcase silk-screened and foil-stamped with artwork. The slipcased book is in turn held in a black and white box with the title and bibliographic informationon the cover and a black and gray illustration of a woman's face on the back.
